Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, face masks to be worn at all times, occupancy limits as well as seating capacity reductions and online menus in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Thermal cameras installed at the hotel entrance for temperature checks. Hygiene kits placed in all rooms and available upon request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests must wear personal face coverings whilst inside the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Hygiene kits are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, face mask required at all times.
Spa: Open, face mask required.
Beach and Pool: Open, as per the local mandate.
Kids Club and Playground: Open, face mask required at all times.
Club Lounge: Open, face mask required at all times.

We are committed to making the services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Gusti All Day Dining: Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Link Café: Open from 6 AM to 12 AM.
AlMahatta Cigar Lounge: Open from 2 PM to 12 AM.
Pool Bar: Open from 9 AM to 7 PM.
In-room Dining: Open 24 hours.
Al Qubtan Beach Restaurant: Open from 12:30 PM to 9 PM.
Marasea Seafood Restaurant: Open from 6:30 PM to 12 AM.
Arjwan Local Cuisine Restaurant: Open from 6:30 PM to 12 AM.
Mini Bar has been emptied in all the guest rooms and is available upon request.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. 

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy app (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of the contactless options.

 

At Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, please note the availabilities for the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you depart. Kindly be informed that Emirates ID or passport is required at the reception upon arrival. 
  • Mobile Key: Use your smart phone as your room key.
  • Mobile Dining: Not yet available through the app. Kindly contact our guest services.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request the items you would like delivered to your guest room.

 

  • Breakfast: Available at our Gusti restaurant.
  • Welcome Gift: Available, Gold Elite members will receive 500 bonus points per stay; Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite members will be able to choose from 1000 bonus points per stay, amenity per stay, and breakfast for two per day.
  • Club Lounge: Available. Access is offered to Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite members.
  • Late Check-Out: This benefit is based on availability for all Marriott Bonvoy Elite members. Guaranteed 4 PM late check-out is excluded for resort properties.
