Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face masks whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage are placed throughout the hotel reminding guests to maintain social distancing of 2m apart. Seating capacity and operations of F&B outlets are in compliance with the Singapore government agencies.
  • A digital menu solution and contactless payment implemented at F&B Outlets and In-room dining.
  • Mobile check-in and guest room key, service request, and room service orders will be available via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In line with Marriott's Commitment to Clean program, the hotel has implemented several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: The frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high traffic areas such as restrooms, elevators, lobbies, F&B outlets have been increased. Hand sanitising stations have been added in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) e.g. face masks, gloves, etc. based on the activities they are performing, and as required by the Singapore government agencies. Per Singapore government regulations, it is mandatory for guests to wear personal face masks, which the hotel provides complimentary face masks to all guests.
  • Room Amenities: In-room dining menu has been replaced with a QR code information card. In-room coffee makers and kettles are sanitised after each guest stay; guests can request for contactless coffee delivery. Complimentary disinfectant wipes are available in the room for check-in guests, and upon request. Guest room amenities and facilities will be cleaned and sanitised per Marriott's Commitment to Clean guidelines.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants are used to support the hotel's rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reduced capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily from 7am to 10pm with cleaning every 45-minute interval. Regulated capacity to ensure adequate physical distancing; face masks required at all times.
  • Swimming Pool: Open daily 7am to 10pm with enhance cleaning every 45-minute interval. Regulated capacity to ensure adequate physical distancing.

Temperature screening is required for every guest prior to entering hotel premises.

Digital menus with QR code information are available in all F&B outlets. Availability of contactless payments via credit/debit cards.

Advance reservations are encouraged. Each table or group must be limited to 5 or fewer persons, with at least one-metre spacing between tables or groups. No inter-mingling between groups.

Self-service buffets replaced by a la carte buffet served to the table.

Diners should only remove their face masks while eating or drinking.

Food delivery from hotel's F&B outlets may be ordered for delivery to guest rooms.

 

  • Sky22: Open for breakfast, all-day dining and drinks
  • Urbana Rooftop Bar: Open from 4pm for drinks and bar bites. Alcohol service ends at 10:30pm
  • Lobby Lounge: Open for takeaways, drinks, coffee & tea and light bites
