Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The health and priority of our guests are of utmost importance. Signages are displayed throughout the hotel to inform guests of our safety management procedures and commitment to cleanliness, as well as to maintain social distancing, in compliance with guidelines by the local authorities.

Mobile check-in / check-out and wireless key are also available via the Marriott Bonvoy app, for a seamless and contactless experience.

In line with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have enhanced our cleaning practices throughout our property including guest rooms, F&B outlets and meeting rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. In addition to scanning of SafeEntry to facilitate contact tracing, guests would also have wear personal face coverings and undergo temperature screening.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open from 7am to 11pm. By appointment only. Face masks are required at all times.
  • Swimming Pool: Open from 8am to 8pm. By appointment only. Face masks are required by the swimming pool.
  • Serena Spa: Open. By appointment only.
  • M Club Lounge: Open from 5.30pm to 9.30pm for evening cocktails.

For your safety, please practice safe distancing of at least 1 metre while using the facilities. Limited number of guests are allowed at one time. SafeEntry and temperature check required each time before using the facilities. No mask required when you are doing strenuous exercises or swimming in the pool.

For your safety, buffets will not be available. Instead, we would like you to relax in the comfort of Marriott Cafe, while we serve you at your table.
