Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

We have implemented the following safe distancing protocols within the premises:


  • Signage and demarcations are in place at both front and back of house areas to further reinforce social distancing.
  • Acrylic screen partitions at the reception and concierge counter.
  • Mobile check-in, service requests via GXP, digital menus at our dining venues, and contactless payment options are available.

Hand Sanitisers and Surgical Masks


  • Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at all entrances and public areas.
  • Surgical masks are available upon requests.

Public Spaces and Guest Rooms


  • Enhanced cleaning procedures of all guest rooms, facilities and public areas and high-touch points using professional electrostatic sprayer, which is a high level cleaner and disinfectant.
  • High-touch points and surfaces such as door handles, switch buttons, lift buttons, public bathrooms and room keys etc., are being frequently disinfected and sanitised using hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Rigorous protocols in place to deep clean all surfaces in the guest room with thorough inspections conducted prior to every check-in.

Elevated Cleaning Technologies


  • In line with Marriott's Commitment to Cleanliness standards, we have incorporated the latest handheld disinfectant sprayer which utilises electrostatic spraying technology and the highest classification of disinfectants to thoroughly sanitise all areas within the hotel premises.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Business Centre: Open
  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity and advance booking required.
  • Sauna: Open, reduced capacity.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity and advance booking required.
  • Towers Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Seating capacity is reduced and all floor plans are adjusted in accordance to safe distancing guidelines.
  • Group size limitation per table.
  • Digital menus and contactless payment options are available.
  • Hand sanitisers will be available at the counter.
  • Minimal table setup. Cutleries will not be pre-set. Single-use of salt/pepper sachets will be available upon request.
  • Increased frequency of sanitation using hospital-grade disinfectants and food grade sanitisers.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
