Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy™ App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Connect with our Whatever/Whenever® team or use our Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app to make special requests, order room service or check out on the day of departure.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Daily turndown service with all staff members wearing PPE.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Literature including magazines and books has been removed from rooms.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms.
  • Munchie Box - Fully stocked before arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

As we reopen our urban escape and commit to provide you with a safe environment, please take note of the opening hours of our facilities, requirements for booking slots and breakfast timings. Enquiries on facility availability and reservations may be made via our Welcome Desk upon check-in.

AWAY® Spa | 10:00AM - 10:00PM Daily. 

All body treatments and facial services are permitted for fully vaccinated guests. For unvaccinated guests, only body treatments are permitted but with facial masks worn at all times throughout the session. Bookings can be made upon your arrival. 

FIT (Gym) | 7:00AM - 10:00PM Daily. Registration at AWAY® Spa is required for access to FIT between 5:00PM - 10:00PM. 

Indoor and outdoor mask-on and mask-off activities can continue in groups of up to 2, if all guests are fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated guests may not use the indoor fitness facilities during this time, but can continue with outdoor mask-on and mask-off fitness activities, in groups of up to 2. 

 

WET® (Pool)

24 hours daily. Registration at Welcome Desk is required for access to WET® (Pool) after 7:00PM. 
A fixed 2-hour time slot is required between 9:00AM - 7:00PM. Booking of one time slot is available per room per day (in groups of up to 2) and any additional time slot(s) or extension is subject to availability.

 

Time slots are as follows:    
9:00AM - 11:00AM | 11:00AM - 1:00PM | 1:00PM - 3:00PM | 3:00PM - 5:00PM | 5:00PM - 7:00PM

 

In compliance with local regulations to reduce risks of community transmission, only fully vaccinated guests (up to 2 diners per table) are allowed to dine-in at the Hotel's dining outlets, including WET® (Pool).  Unvaccinated guests can only consume food and beverage in the guest room. 

BREAKFAST

 

Only fully vaccinated guests (up to 2 diners per table) are allowed to dine-in at the Hotel's dining outlets. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all, we have staggered our breakfast seating timings as follows: 6:30AM - 7:45AM | 7:45AM-9.00AM | 9:00AM - 10:15AM | 10:15AM-11:30AM (last order:  11:00AM)

 

For unvaccinated guests, in-room breakfast sets are available. Kindly proceed to the kitchen table (level 1) to reserve your breakfast set. All breakfast sets have to be pre-ordered and confirmed upon check-in or before 6:00PM on the day before your expected breakfast delivery. In-room dining will be available 24 hours. 
 

 

DINING
