Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • SafeEntry check-in and temperature screening prior to entering the hotel premises, restaurants, and recreational facilities such as the Outdoor Infinity Pool, WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio and Heavenly Spa.
  • Health declaration upon check-in.
  • Staggered guest arrival timings during check-in, and hand sanitizers are provided in the public areas.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Safe distancing and reduced capacity, in our restaurants and function spaces in compliance with the latest measures from the local authority.
  • The use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and employees and the face masks are provided free of charge.
  • Mobile check-in with other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is currently unavailable.

 

The Westin Singapore is "SG Clean" certified.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests must have their temperature taken prior to entering the hotel premises and SafeEntry check-in via QR code must be completed. Face mask must be worn at all times except while dining.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional daily housekeeping refresh service cleaning, simply let our guest services team know.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The measures implemented include:
 

WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio:

  • Social distancing guidelines apply.
  • Hard surfaces and equipment are sanitized every two hours.
  • The maximum capacity in the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio is 10 persons at all times.
  • Advance booking required for all in-house guests who wish to utilize the fitness facilities. Each time slot is limited to 1.5 hours, one slot per room per day.
  • SafeEntry check-in via QR code.

 

Heavenly Spa by Westin:

  • Face mask is required at all times except during facial treatments. Advance booking required.
  • 2-meter social distancing rule applies in the wet facility area.
    • Maximum capacity:
      • Male/female spa facilities: Five persons
      • Whirlpool: Three persons
      • Steam room: Two persons
  • Advance booking required for all in-house guests who wish to utilize the Spa facilities.
  • SafeEntry check-in via QR code.

 
Outdoor Infinity Pool:

  • Hard surfaces, sun decks, tables, and furniture are sanitized every 2 hours.
  • The maximum capacity is 10 persons in the swimming pool and five persons on the pool deck at all times. Advance booking required for all in-house guests. Each time-slot is limited to 1.5 hours, one slot per room per day.
  • SafeEntry check-in via QR code.

 

Please call Service Express® or approach any of our associates at the Front Desk to make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Your booking will be held for 15 minutes and will be released thereafter to be made available to guests on the waiting list.

All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local regulations and with tables set 2-meter apart. We also have replaced all physical menus with QR code information at each venue in order to minimize risks.

 

Breakfast

À la carte breakfast is served via in-room dining or at Seasonal Tastes. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, there will be three breakfast time-slots, as follows:

 

6:30AM to 8:30AM | 9AM to 11AM | 11:30AM to 1:30PM
