Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

As part of the Safe Management Measures (SMMs) stipulated by the local authorities, please note that only fully vaccinated, recovered, or medically ineligible individuals, or children 12 years and below (subject to venue/event-specific caps) will be allowed to enter settings and participate in activities where vaccination-differentiated SMMs are implemented. With this implementation in place, all guests are required to present a valid proof of vaccination / document prior to entering The Westin Singapore. Please note that the use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and employees in all indoor settings within the hotel premises.
Mobile check-in with other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

The Westin Singapore is "SG Clean" certified.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Mask-wearing will be required for indoor settings within the hotel hotel premises. 
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional daily housekeeping refresh service cleaning, simply let our guest services team know.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you with measures implemented below:
 

WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio:

  • Hard surfaces and equipment are sanitized every two hours. .

 

Heavenly Spa by Westin:

  • Advance booking required. 



Outdoor Infinity Pool:

  • Hard surfaces, sun decks, tables, and furniture are sanitized every 2 hours.


Access to the spa facilities and Fitness Studio is only for eligible guests 18 and above.

Breakfast

For breakfast-inclusive stays, breakfast set will be served at Seasonal Tastes. To ensure a smooth dining experience of all guests, there will be dedicated time-slots for breakfast at Seasonal Tastes. Prior reservation required.
