Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Safe Physical Distancing Measures at The St. Regis Singapore include:

 

  • SafeEntry contact tracing & temperature screening conducted for all guests.
  • Redefined floorplans and seating capacities to ensure safe physical distancing between tables and guests.
  • Queue markers with at least 1-meter spacing placed clearly and strategically around hotel premises.
  • Signage throughout hotel premises to remind guests to maintain social distancing.


Contact-Lite Experiences at The St. Regis Singapore include:

 

  • Mobile check-in and service requests available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Express check-out available via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app (invoices will be sent to registered email).

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, The St. Regis Singapore has made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:

 

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, especially in high-traffic areas including restrooms and elevators as well as high-touch surfaces including handrails and door handles.


Enhanced Housekeeping Protocol:

 

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting in between guest stays; using expert recommended cleaning agents for each area of the room.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Each guest room is equipped with a welcome sanitation kit upon check-in. The sanitation kit includes Face Masks, Wet Wipes and Hand Sanitizers.


Hand Sanitation Stations:

 

  • Hand sanitation stations are strategically placed throughout the hotel premises for guest use in public areas.


Electrostatic Spraying:

 

  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

 

  • Associates will wear PPE (Face Masks, Gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

The St. Regis Singapore is committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. These measures include:

Swimming Pool:

 

  • Maximum capacity of 15 guests at any one point in time.
  • Guests are required to register their entry and have their temperature taken upon entry to poolside area.
  • Guests are required to wear face masks at all times, unless when swimming or consuming food or drink at poolside area.
  • Implementation of safe distancing measures guiding guests on the usage of Swimming Pool and maintaining safe physical distancing between guests.


Fitness Centre:

 

  • Maximum capacity of 5 guests at any one point in time.
  • Guests are required to register their entry and have their temperature taken upon entry to Fitness Centre.
  • Implementation of safe distancing measures guiding guests on the usage of Fitness Center machines and equipment.
  • Machines and equipment will be disinfected by Fitness Centre attendant after each use. Guests are encouraged to wipe down machines and equipment after their usage.


Remède Spa:

 

  • Guests are required to register their entry and have their temperature taken upon entry to the spa.
  • Guests are required to wear face masks throughout their time at the spa.
  • A maximum of 5 guests are allowed in the wet lounge areas at any one time.
  • Single-use bath amenities available in spa shower rooms.
  • Implementation of 30-minute window in between treatments for cleaning and disinfecting.

The St. Regis Singapore has refined the dining experience at our restaurants and bars for our guests. These measures include:

All Restaurants & Bars:

 

  • Guests are required to register their entry and have their temperature taken upon entry to the dining outlets.
  • Dining outlets feature redefined floorplans and seating capacities to ensure safe physical distancing between tables and guests.
  • Reservations are restricted to a maximum dining party size in accordance with local guidelines.
  • Shared or self-service food services have been modified with table-side service for convenience.
  • Implementation of contactless menus accessible via QR code on mobile.
  • All diners are required to wear their face masks until their food or beverages are served.


Breakfast:

 

  • Hotel breakfast is served at Brasserie Les Saveurs, located at lobby level.
  • Upon check-in, guests are invited to select their preferred time to dine for breakfast.


In-Room Dining:

 

  • In-Room Dining orders available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
