Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout the hotel and lobby area to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Maximum people per space/lobby area has also been limited in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions have been installed at the front desk to reduce contact. Grab and Go Breakfast bags have replaced the hot breakfast buffet, this is to reduce the amount of foot traffic and guest contact. New standard cleaning procedures have also been implemented to ensure consistent cleanliness of high-touch areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection to every 2 hours, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, front desk/lobby area, employee dinning hall and the back office.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hydrogen peroxide from Ecolab, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


In-Room Procedures:

 

  • Rooms are being cleaned with stronger chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, inspectors double check and do a final spray with sanitizers.
  • All dishes and utensils are sanitized and placed inside the dishwasher prior to guest arrival.
  • Housekeeping service is offered upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Breakfast: Grab and Go Bags are available 7 days a week from 7AM-10AM.
  • Lobby Market: Open 24/7. Masks/face coverings are required to enter the lobby.
  • Sports Court: Open 9AM-6PM.
  • Fitness Center: Closed.
  • Pool: Closed.
We are offering Grab and Go Breakfast Bags everyday from 7AM-10AM. Bags are prepared under strict cleanliness procedures; agent wears a mask, gloves and protective eye wear when preparing all breakfast bags.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Breakfast: Hot breakfast is currently on pause due to COVID19. Grab and Go Breakfast bags are offered 7 days a week from 7AM to 10AM for all guests.
  • Late Check-Out: Late check out is offered upon request and based on availability. Titanium/Platinum members can receive up to a 4PM check out. Gold members can receive up to a 2PM check out.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Mobile check-in/check-out is offered to Bonvoy Members.
  • Mobile Key: Available for Bonvoy Members.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Guest requests are received through GXP and completed with a 30 minute time period from when they were opened.
