Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Upholding Marriott's Commitment to Clean and prevailing local and CDC guidelines, Hotel Nia has evolved virtually every aspect of it's operation to ensure the highest standards and safety and cleanliness. Highlights of this new operation plan include:

Arrival and Check-In:
  • Valet parking temporarily suspended. Self parking is available at a fee.
  • Social distance markers have been placed at guest reception and anywhere else were a line may form.
  • Plexiglass partitions installed at guest reception and food & beverage areas.
  • Mobile check-in and mobile key are enabled for contactless check-in.

General:
  • Facecoverings are required in all indoor public areas of the hotel including lobby, elevators, guestroom corridors.
  • Touchless hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel.
  • All surfaces in public space including lobby, restrooms, pool deck, etc are sanitized at least every two hours by hotel staff.
  • Occupancy has been limited in all areas of the hotel including pool deck and dining areas.
  • Furniture in public space has been rearranged to facilitate social distancing.
  • All associates Complete Commitment to Clean Certification before they are permitted to work, plus daily temperature checks before each shift and continuous training on well-being protocol and use of PPE.
Housekeeping:
  • Special attention paid to sanitizing all touch surfaces including but not limited to light switches, handles/knobs, tabletops, bathroom surfaces, iron/board, luggage butler, telephones, beverage cooler and hair dryer. Television remote individually wrapped for sanitation.
  • Sanitizing wipes are provided in every guest room.
  • Guests are automatically enrolled in our Green Choice program, declining housekeeping services for the duration of their stay. Exceptions made upon special request.
  • Non-Essential items have been removed from guestrooms (for example coffee maker, bathrobe, etc.). Some of these items are available upon special request for pickup at guest reception.
  • No room deliveries are permitted to ensure physical distancing.

Fitness:
  • Fitness center is temporarily closed with select equipment moved to the backyard for outdoor fitness.
  • Machines are sanitized between guest use, at least once every two hours.
  • Additional sanitizing wipes available for guest use.

Pool and Backyard Gardens:
  • Capacity reduced at the pool to facilitate safe physical distancing.
  • Hot tub temporarily suspended.
  • Plenty of outdoor space to relax, read, and recreate with safe physical distance.
  • Seating rearranged to facilitate social distancing.
  • Lawn games available to borrow at guest reception, sanitized before guest use.
  • Fire pits open with advance reservation. S'mores kits available for purchase at guest reception.

Dining:
  • Outdoor dining and take-out only. No indoor dining permitted.
  • Room service temporarily suspended.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Porta Blu Restaurant & Lounge is open with modified hours and menu. Due to local regulation, only outdoor dining and take-out are permitted.
