Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.  Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates).  We appreciate your support and understanding.
Our social distancing procedures are ensured by rearranging the areas around the resort such as restaurants, fitness center and pool deck, keeping the 6 feet/2 meters distance between tables, lounge seating and equipment.

From beginning to end, enhanced technology will let you connect with our staff for any inquiry in a contactless manner. You will be able to use your cellphone to do check-in and be escorted directly to your room by one of our artisan butlers, without the need of going to our front desk.

You can also open your room with your mobile using our keyless service, and even request dinning services at the pool or beach, make restaurant reservations and order in room dinning, all with real time communication with the Marriott Bonvoy app.

Valet Parking is available taking all the necessary disinfection precautions.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

We're utilizing hospital-grade disinfecting products, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities


  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • Face coverings are also provided for our guests' use

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center. Controlled capacity and reduced hours of operation 7AM - 5PM
  • Spa. Ojo de Liebre Spa is fully operating under very strict cleanliness procedures and with controlled capacity. Our therapists use at all times PPE. Limited time of hours operation 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Beach. Our beach is open just for our guests. Cabana service and sun chairs are rearranged following social distancing procedures
  • Golf. Some Golf courses are open in the destination. Please contact our Concierge Team to get more information and make Tee Time reservations
  • Kids Club / Playground. Remains Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle. Only private transportation services can be scheduled through our Concierge Team
  • Lounges. Rearranged to comply with social distancing measures
We follow scrupulous processes of food preparation that secures the same experience and flavors at our restaurants for our guests’ discerning palates. Our kitchen and restaurant server associates wear the pertinent PPE.

Mobile Dinning is active at Solaz Resort in the Marriott Bonvoy App.
