Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Housekeeping service is now scheduled.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) and constantly replace it based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Face coverings are required for guests in all indoor public areas. Temperature screening for guests, associates and vendors is available at entry points.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants in common areas, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities. In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in each room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Tomatoes Restaurant: Open for Breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00 hrs, lunch from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and Dinner from 18:00 to 22:00 hrs.
  • Las Sirenas Restaurant: Open for Lunch from 11:00 to 19:00 hrs.
  • De Cortez Grill and Restaurant: Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • La Suerte Tacos & Tequila Bar: Open from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Delfines Swim-Up Bar: Temporarily Closed.
  • Sports Bar: Temporarily Closed.
  • Molino Café: Open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • SPA: Open from 09:00 to 21:00 hrs.
  • Fitness Center: Open from 07:00 to 21:00 hrs.
  • Kids Club: Open from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs.
  • Shops: Open from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs.
  • Pool Area: Open from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. Food and Beverage service at the pool is available and in compliance with all of our new standards.
