Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Our Marriott Bonvoy mobile app lets you check-in or check-out from the hotel without having to stand in line. Also, it's the contactless way to get everything you need during your stay.

Once arriving at Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve, each guest will receive a temperature check and a welcome kit including wipes, hand sanitizer, and a face mask.

Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve abides by the Marriott Global Cleanliness Council which is made up of in-house and external professionals in areas such as hospitality, epidemiology, sanitation and protective health and hygiene technology.

SIMPLY IMPECCABLE

  • Prior to check-in, all guest rooms are prepared daily using cleaning and disinfecting protocols issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We also use innovative methods such as electrostatic sprayers and ultraviolet light technology to keep your room thoroughly sanitized.
  • Wipes, hand sanitizer and face masks are available in each room.
  • Housekeeping attendants are properly protected and prepared to clean and disinfect rooms daily.

Feel free to experience dining at any one our fine restaurants or bars in the safest and most enjoyable ambiance or if you prefer, contactless indoor dining is available.

 

  • All areas of every restaurant and bar are deep cleaned daily
  • Social distancing and all hygiene measures are constantly observed
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at every restaurant
  • All Ladies & Gentlemen of the Reserve are required to wash their hands and use masks and gloves which are changed after each transaction
  • Menus and table placemats will be disposable
  • In-room dining available 24/7
  • Dining beyond offers guests private areas throughout the resort to enjoy their dinners with loved ones
All guests and employees are required to wear a face mask at all times and observe physical distancing. Temperature checks will be taken on a daily basis.

It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with Puerto Rico's new entry requirements prior to your travel date.


To safeguard residents and visitors of Puerto Rico, all arriving passengers must comply to the following measures before arriving to Puerto Rico:

 

  • COVID-19 tests will only be required for passengers arriving on international flights and those who have not been fully vaccinated within 72 hours prior to arrival to Puerto Rico.
  • Fully vaccinated travelers entering on domestic flights are permitted to present their vaccination card instead of a negative test.

 

Note: all travelers must complete an online Travel Declaration Form prior to the Puerto Rico Health Department's online portal and obtain an Airport Exit Confirmation QR Code, required to proceed.

To our fully vaccinated guests, a facemask will be required at the Resort only when in an indoor space such as indoor of COA Restaurant, the library, and any public indoor area of the hotel.


To safeguard residents and visitors of Puerto Rico, all arriving passengers must comply to the following measures before arriving to Puerto Rico:


Complete an online Travel Declaration Form, and upload a negative PCR molecular COVID-19 test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to the Puerto Rico Health Department's online portal and obtain an Airport Exit Confirmation QR Code, required to proceed. 


Please note:

  • For passengers awaiting results from a test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival are required to upload test results later on the online portal, a $300 fine will be issued automatically. Once the traveler uploads the test results within 48 hours after arrival, the fine will be dismissed. The passenger will be required to self-quarantine while awaiting results. 
  • Passengers that do not present the test on arrival will be required to get tested in the Island within 48 hours after arrival. A $300 fine will be issued automatically. The passenger will also be required to get tested on the Island within 48 hours after the arrival. If the traveler uploads the test results within 48 hours after arrival, the fine will be dismissed. The passenger will be required to self-quarantine while awaiting results. 

 

Puerto Rico has enforced the local measures developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC), alongside U.S. Travel Association (USTA) guidelines, such as social distancing, mandatory face coverings in public areas, and a variety of mandates for businesses - including, but not limited to, reduced capacities and high standards of cleanliness in accordance with CDC and EPA guidelines. 


An island-wide curfew is in effect from 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM, except for emergencies.
