Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks, fitness facility and food and beverage service lines. No valet service is currently available for parking. We are committed to making our property’s amenities available to you while complying with local regulations. Due to local regulations, there may be some modifications in outlet schedules and services available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Currently, local regulations require that Guest wear a mask to cover their mouth and nose.

Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. We will provide service every three days. May you like to schedule your housekeeping to a specific time, please contact us during your stay.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The current modifications we have made include:

Those visiting Puerto Rico should reference local measures developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) to keep travelers and residents safe, such as social distancing and high standards of cleanliness. Masks are required indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Those unvaccinated or between the ages of 2 and 11 must also wear masks in public areas when unable to social distance.

New Protocol Updates

As of December 22nd, 2021, those attending mass events (both indoors and outdoors taking place at theaters, amphitheaters, coliseums, stadiums, and convention centers) will be required to present proof of vaccination with an FDA or WHO-approved vaccine and also a negative COVID test taken in the 48 hours prior to the event. 
As of December 27th, 2021, all establishments serving food or drinks must require proof of vaccination or a negative test taken 48 hours prior to arrival. 

As of December 27th, 2021, all passengers arriving on domestic flights are required to show a negative test result taken within 48 hours before arrival time, regardless of vaccination status. Passengers arriving without a test will have 48 hours to take one upon arrival or be subject to a fine. Unvaccinated travelers must quarantine for 7 days after arriving, regardless of whether they have a negative test result. 

Until January 31st, 2022, those between 5 and 11 years old will be allowed to attend large indoor events by providing negative COVID-19 test results taken no more than 48 hours prior to the event. Starting February 1, 2022, this age range will be subject to the same guidelines as adults, requiring proof of vaccination and negative test results taken within 48 hours prior to the event upon entry. Children under 5 years of age will not be allowed to attend large-scale events, even with negative results,  except when permitted by the Department of Health. 

Starting December 30th, 2021, all restaurants, bars, theaters, stadiums, coliseums, convention centers, casinos, and any establishment that serves prepared food or drinks will limit capacity to 50% for indoor events/operations, and 75% for outdoor events/operations.

It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with Puerto Rico's new entry requirements prior to your travel date.

To safeguard residents and visitors of Puerto Rico, effective December 27, 2021, all travelers arriving from a domestic or international destination into Puerto Rico are required to present proof of complete vaccination by providing the official vaccination card upon arrival.

-  In conjunction with the required vaccination, a COVID test must be completed within 48 hours of traveling to the island; providing proof of negative results upon arrival at airport.
all travelers are required to complete a travel declaration form from the Puerto Rico Health Department; once completed a unique Puerto Rico identification number will be provided to each individual and required to be shared with the hotel upon check-in.
-  If a traveler wishes to enter Puerto Rico who is not fully vaccinated, a 7-day quarantine is required, regardless of a negative result. In addition, the traveler is required to present a negative COVID test, taken no more than 48 hours prior to arriving to the Island as well as complete a travel declaration form by the Puerto Rico Health Department.
