Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Floor signage and stanchions throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, especially in common areas such as the hotel Lobby, Front Desk, Bell Desk, Concierge, Elevators, Meeting function areas, Restaurant and Bars, Beach and Pool.

Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our Restaurants, Bars, Pool and Beach in compliance with local government mandates.

Plexiglass protective guards have been put in place at Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell Desk, Spa and Food and Beverage service lines as well outlets.

Modified floor plans in meeting space and banquet areas as well Spa and Fitness Center.

Increased space between equipment and furniture at Spa, Fitness Center and Golf as well increased in space between tables, chairs, and equipment in all Pool, Beach, Golf and Resort areas.

Mobile check-in, e-folio and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Room service orders delivered right to the guestroom door.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Guests will be required to wear personal face coverings within all indoor public spaces of the hotel.
  • Indoor public space: (includes, but not limited to) lobby, guest room corridors, elevators, meeting space, public restrooms, food & beverage venues, business centers, fitness center, kids club, and spa.
  • All guests will be required to wear face coverings at all times in restaurants or lounges including when being escorted to their table or visiting rest rooms; once seated in restaurants or lounges, no facial coverings are required.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers, fridge and iron board are not currently available, but guests can request them contactless delivery thru At Your Service upon arrival or service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app before your arrival.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional PPE, hand sanitizer as well disinfectant wipes available for purchase at the hotel Gift Shop.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, face covering and social distancing required, once during exercise no facial covering is required.

Spa: Open. Reservations required, face covering and social distancing required.

Beach Area: Open. Social distancing and face covering required including when walking to the Palapas or visiting restrooms; once seated no facial coverings are required.

Golf: Open. Reservations required. Face covering and social distancing required for Club House Restaurant and onsite store.

Pool Area: Open. Social distancing required. Social distancing and face covering required including when been assigned to a chair or Cabana or visiting restrooms; once seated no facial coverings are required.

Lounges/Bars: Open. Social distancing and face covering required for entry including when being escorted to their table or visiting rest rooms; once seated in lounges / bars, no facial coverings are required.

Restaurants: Open. Social distancing and face covering required for entry including when being escorted to their table or visiting rest rooms; once seated in restaurants, no facial coverings are required. Reservations required for Bohemia Beach Pool Bar and Grille Restaurant, La Cucina Italian Restaurant and FIRE Steak & Seafood Restaurant.
