Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Floor signage and stanchions throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, especially in common areas such as the hotel Lobby, Front Desk, Bell Desk, Concierge, Elevators, Meeting function areas, Restaurant and Bars, Beach and Pool.

Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our Restaurants, Bars, Pool and Beach in compliance with local government mandates.

Plexiglass protective guards have been put in place at Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell Desk, Spa and Food and Beverage service lines as well outlets.

Modified floor plans in meeting space and banquet areas as well Spa and Fitness Center.

Increased space between equipment and furniture at Spa, Fitness Center and Golf as well increased in space between tables, chairs, and equipment in all Pool, Beach, Golf and Resort areas.

Mobile check-in, e-folio and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Room service orders delivered right to the guestroom door.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Guests will be required to wear personal face coverings within all indoor public spaces of the hotel.
  • Indoor public space: (includes, but not limited to) lobby, guest room corridors, elevators, meeting space, public restrooms, food & beverage venues, business centers, fitness center, kids club, and spa.
  • All guests will be required to wear face coverings at all times in restaurants or lounges including when being escorted to their table or visiting rest rooms; once seated in restaurants or lounges, no facial coverings are required.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers, fridge and iron board are not currently available, but guests can request them contactless delivery thru At Your Service upon arrival or service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app before your arrival.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional PPE, hand sanitizer as well disinfectant wipes available for purchase at the hotel Gift Shop.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Currently closed for renovations. 


Spa: Emerald Mist Spa is temporarily close for renovations. Reopening date to be confirm. 


Beach Area: Open. Social distancing and face covering required including when walking to the Palapas, pool area or visiting restrooms.


Pool Area: Open Daily 7.00AM-7.00PM. Social distancing and face coverings required for entry including when being escorted to assigned chair, cabana, or visiting restrooms.


Hotel Pools Refurbishment: 
As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and services to our guests the hotel will be undergoing a pool refurbishment project from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021.


Please be informed the hotel will conduct a refurbishment of all our current three pools starting May 1, 2021 and is schedule to last through October 31, 2021. During this project time the pools upgrades will be on a rotation of one pool at a time so you can still enjoy your stay with us.


Our resort has three pools and the project will scheduled on a rotating basis of one pool at a time in order to minimize the impact on our guest experience and to assure pool enjoyment during their stay with us. In addition, guest can continue to revel in relaxation at our beautiful beach.

Restaurants: Open. Social distancing and face coverings required for entry included when being escorted to their table or visiting restrooms. Advance reservations required for La Cucina Italian Restaurant, FIRE Steak & Restaurant and ARWEE Sushi & Lobby Bar.


Tennis Courts: Please be advised our tennis courts are closed for renovation.


Recreation Activities: Please be advised recreation activities throughout the resort are not offered due to local government guidelines.

In order to enter St. Kitts & Nevis, it is mandatory to provide certified negative PCR test 48 to 72 hours prior to departure. All incoming passengers to St. Kitts & Nevis are required to complete the Travel Authorization Form, which can be found at www.knatravelform.kn, prior to their arrival. International travelers must have their negative RT-PCR test and booked accommodation to complete the Travel Authorization Form required for entry. Once the form is completed and submitted, with a valid email address, it will be reviewed, and the visitor will receive an approval letter to enter St Kitts & Nevis. 

Please note that various countries are requiring negative COVID-19 test results for passengers to re-enter to their country of origin, or final destination. For those travelers who are required by government regulations or would like to take a COVID-19 test before returning home, St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino is able to connect you with a series of hospitals and laboratories that offer PCR testing and happy to help book an appointment. As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.
