The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates, and Plexiglass installed at front desks and food and beverage service areas.
  • Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

The Four Points by Sheraton Salt Lake City Airport Hotel is following all of Marriott's required protocols for COVID-19 directives.


Monitor Employee/Guest Health


  • Symptomatic guests should stay in their room and wear a face covering anytime they leave the room.
  • Symptomatic employees will not be allowed to work.

Personal Hygiene


  • Employees are required to come to work with clean clothes and bathed daily.
  • Employees are required to wash their hands frequently during shift and at least every two hours.
  • Hand sanitizer is readily available for all guests use and required employee use.




  • Proper disinfectant that is approved by the EPA to destroy COVID-19 is used, paying particular attention to the concentration and contact time.
  • Disinfect all payment terminals after each transaction.
  • All guest keys are disinfected after use.
  • High-touch surfaces requiring routine disinfecting (e.g. elevator buttons, workstations, counter tops, handrails, doorknobs, break rooms, bathrooms, common areas) cleaned twice a day and after high use times.
  • Shuttle van is disinfected after each trip for all touch points.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)


  • Face Coverings: Employees, management, and the general public should wear face coverings.
  • Social distancing is enforced throughout the building with guests and employees. Six foot marks at check-in and check-out are used.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center: Open 24-Hours, face masks required at all times.
  • Shuttle: Operating on limited schedule from 4:30 AM - 11:00 PM, face masks required at all times. Please call 801-548-5676 to reserve a seat.
  • Outdoor Pool: Open from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Outdoor Hot Tub: Temporary closure 4/25/22-4/30/22
  • Sauna: Closed until further notice.
  • Restaurant: Open daily from 5PM - 10PM, social distancing required.
  • Breakfast Buffet: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM, Fees Associated

Breakfast Buffet being served daily from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the on-site restaurant. (Fees associated) Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate served in the lobby area during breakfast hours.


Our on-site restaurant is open daily from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

  • Our food and drinks menu is limited at this time.
  • Four Points Salt Lake City Airport is following CDC guidelines recommending masks for unvaccinated guests.
  • Contact-less pickup is also available should guests not want to sit and eat.

  • Late Check-Out: Complimentary late check-out depending on your Elite status and occupancy.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Mobile check-in and check-out is available via the Marriott Bonvoy app.
  • Mobile Dining: We have contactless pick up options for our guests. You will need to call in the order and our staff will bag it and leave it on a pickup counter for you. The charges will be billed to your room.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: All requests can be made either through the App, or by calling the front desk. All items will be dropped off outside the guest room door to avoid contact.
