The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with Local and State Law. Guests not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing whenever you're in public areas of the hotel.
  • Signage and decals have been placed throughout our property to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Hand sanitizer is available in all common spaces and inside each elevator.
  • Mobile check-in and check-out is available.
  • Valet service is currently available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery or get complimentary coffee each morning in the Library. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with Marriott requirements, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours with equipment distanced and being sanitized every hour. While in the fitness center area, please follow 6-foot distancing.
  • Pool: Daily, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. In accordance with Marriott requirements, we will limit the number of guests in the pool area to ninety, inclusive of guests on lounge chairs and inside the pool or hot tubs.
  • Spa: Open daily, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Steam rooms & saunas are available.
  • St. Regis Traditions: Celebrate a day of adventure with our s'mores tradition, nightly from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm, and enjoy roasting marshmallows around our firepit in the crisp clean evening air. Be sure to head out to the Mountain Terrace to witness the nightly champagne sabering tradition at 6:30 PM every evening.
  • Shuttle: Guests should call ahead to arrange your local transportation and wear face masks will riding in all St. Regis vehicles.
