Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
At Anaheim Marriott Suites, our focus continues to be the welfare and safety of our guests and team members. As owners and operators, our team members have been a part of our family for decades and together we take pride in the experience we provide at our beautiful Orange County hotel. During this time of global focus on the COVID-19 response, we want to take a moment and share with you some of the additional safeguards we have implemented to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

We have signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. There are occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our fitness center, pool and restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, as well as installed partitions at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

During this time no valet service is currently available for parking.

The Anaheim Marriott Suites is the only hotel in Orange County to have a Sanitation Captain available from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Our Sanitation Captain will be responsible for making sure the entire property is always sanitized. They will be constantly sanitizing all high-traffic touch points in addition to guest room floors. Our Sanitation Captain may be requested to come do extra sanitizing in your room when you step out. The Sanitation Captain is here to make sure you feel safe, clean, and comfortable during your visit to the Anaheim Marriott Suites.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Our Guest Rooms:

 

  • 48-hour guest-free rooms: Your guestroom has not been occupied by another guest a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival.
  • Personal wipes: Each room will have their own sanitization wipes for personal use.
  • Disinfecting: We use CDC approved disinfected spray to clean all of our guest rooms.
  • Second disinfection: Our housekeeping supervisors will do an additional disinfection of high-touch areas before they release the room to be occupied by you.


Our Public Areas:

 

  • Sanitation stations: Over a dozen hand sanitizer stations located throughout the hotel and all elevators.
  • Disinfectant wipe stations: Disinfectant wipes available throughout the hotel.
  • Social distancing signage: Signage and visible markers to emphasize social distancing.


Our Staff:

 

  • Commitment to Clean: Our team has been training on Marriott's Commitment to Clean program.
  • PPE: Our team members will always wear face masks.
  • Training: Our staff is properly trained on how to use PPE and sanitize our hotel.
  • Washing hands: Our team will exceed the CDC guidelines by washing our hands every hour.
  • Stay at home: Our team members understand it's mandatory to stay at home if not feeling well.


Electrostatic Spraying:

 

  • We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, limited occupancy, face masks required at all times.
  • Pool: Open, limited occupancy, reservation required.
  • Lounge: Open weekend evening only, face masks required for entry.
  • Starbucks: Open, face masks required for entry.

Starbucks - Open Every Day:

 

  • Social Spacing: Tables are positioned to respect appropriate social distancing standards.
  • Outdoor Space: Enjoy the fresh air at tables respecting social distancing.
  • Single-Use Items: Single-use items are only offered individually wrapped.
  • Self-Serve Menu Options: We are happy to personally serve items that were previously self-serve.


Basil's Restaurant - Open Thursday-Saturday, 2pm-10pm:

 

  • Table Spacing: We've positioned tables to respect appropriate social distancing standards.
  • Menus: Your menu is freshly printed and has never been used by anyone else.
  • Grab and Go: Any item on our menu can be ordered, packaged in a take-out container and enjoyed in your room.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
