Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
We have signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our Bistro and Surfside Waterpark are in compliance with local and state mandates. We also have partitions installed at the front desk, gift shop and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and lobby as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All Marriott hotels require guests to wear face coverings when indoors in public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Housekeeping Service: We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Our Housekeepers will not enter your room while you are in it. Additionally, we are not offering housekeeping service for your room unless requested by you, our guest, between 9am and 4pm.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Gift Shop: Open daily from 8am - 8pm with occupancy limits of a maximum of 3 families

Our Bistro is currently open with a limited menu. Capacity is limited to 50%; seating has been removed from the bar top and only available at tables that have been placed 6 feet apart.

• Bell carts will be sanitized after each use. Bell carts are used by hotel staff only.

Elevator:

• Social distancing in elevators will allow for 4 people at one time.
• Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed in each elevator cab.

Gift Shop:

• Our gift shop will be open from 8am - 8pm daily. Social distancing protocols are in place with a maximum of 3 guests/families in the gift shop at any time.
