The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Pool: Open, social distancing encouraged. Note: Cabana and Day Beds must be booked upon check-in for a fee
Fitness Center: Open 24 hours a day with guest room key

 

Seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

Appropriate PPE for food handling; complying with all Marriott International and industry food safety protocols including face masks for service staff.

Elimination of self-service buffets and food station.

Alternate menu options.

All refills to be provided with fresh glassware.

Reservations strongly encouraged.

All seating limited to availability.

All surfaces are disinfected between each guest use.

  • Lounge Access: In lieu of Executive Lounge Access all Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite will receive 750 points per day
  • Welcome Gift: Gold Elite will receive 500 points per stay: Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite will receive 1,000 point per stay

We are committed to making the meeting and event services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity and reinforcing social distancing. All associates will wear face coverings for appropriate PPE at all times and attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings in all public contact areas when not eating or drinking.  Signage will be placed throughout the meeting space to show social distancing guidelines and reinforce PPE guidelines.  Meeting room sets will follow current social distancing protocols and high touch communal stations will not be available.

 

Group will be responsible for wellness and temperature check of meeting attendees.
