Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

The well-being of our guests and Ladies and Gentlemen is of utmost importance. We remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all who visit our resort. We are taking steps to keep everyone healthy. Each operating department has its own customized set of procedures, even more detailed than the summary presented here. We will continue to refine and update our plans based on our State and CDC Guidelines. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public areas by complying with local regulations including wearing a face covering and keeping a social distance of 6 feet from others.

The resort has implemented several procedures to protect the well-being of each guest and our Ladies and Gentlemen. These measures include:

 

  • Arrival queues throughout resort clearly marked for appropriate social distancing.
  • Valet using sanitizing wipes to clean vehicles after each use. 
  • Disposable face masks and sanitation wipes offered upon check-in at the Front Desk.
  • Mobile check-in, key, and service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app for a contactless experience.
  • Seating in restaurants, lounges, pools and beach are spaced apart in accordance with state laws.
  • Guest elevator occupancy is limited to family members or two non-family individuals.
  • Stairwell access is available for all four floors.
  • Signage posted to remind guests of social distancing guidelines and hygiene practices to prevent the spread of disease.

We have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our resort and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced public space cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in high traffic areas including restrooms, elevators, and door handles as well as touchless hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

Our Ladies and Gentlemen are equipped with personal protective equipment including face coverings required at all times, a temperature screening upon arrival for each shift, and continuous training on COVID-19 protocols.

Guest Rooms:

 

  • Housekeeping services will be performed when guests are not present in the room.
  • Deep cleaning of high-touch items such as handles, knobs, drawer pulls, hairdryer and remote controls.
  • Removal of decorative pillows and throws.
  • All glassware has been replaced with single-use cups.
  • Disinfectant wipes will be added to each room for personal use.
  • Contactless delivery from In Room Dining.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to providing resort amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours daily.
  • Spa & Salon: The Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Salon offers nail services daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and hair services from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday. Advance reservations required by calling 949-240-2000.
  • Ritz Kids: Activities at The Eco-Adventure Center are temporarily paused.
  • Beach Shuttle: The Beach Shuttle is available daily from 9 a.m. to sunset with pick up available near The Bluff for transportation to and from Salt Creek Beach.
  • Club Level: The newly redesigned Club Level Lounge is now open.

180blũ - Open Monday - Thursday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with live music on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Seating is first come, first served. 
 
The Market Place - Offering a variety of coffee and beverages, along with healthy and fresh menu selections. Open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
 
Pop Up Sushi - Selection of housemade sushi available Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9p.m. at enoSTEAK. Seating is first come, first served.
 
Bar RAYA - Sophisticated and friendly atmosphere with craft cocktails and wines by the glass. Open for tableside service Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. (midnight). 
 
Dana Pool Café - Offering a selection of sandwiches, salads, burgers, snacks and cocktails from Thursday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Poolside food and beverage delivery available Monday through Wednesday.
 
Order breakfast, lunch, or dinner from the comfort of your guestroom. In-Room Dining is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Contact free delivery and pick-up is provided. Call extension x5367 or dial (949) 240-5055.
