Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage throughout the entire hotel with directional arrows guiding the guests in the appropriate direction: signs posted of face coverings being mandatory inside the hotel; directing guests towards hand sanitizers; instructional signs posted inside the restrooms on washing of the hands, floor markers stating 6ft social distancing while standing in line at the front desk or at the restaurant podium.
  • Plastic window barriers/plexi-glass will be installed at guest points of contact which includes check in windows and in between Restaurant tables.
  • Pre-arrival communication will be sent to all Marriott Bonvoy guests offering contactless check in. This option will also be made readily available for all other non-Bonvoy members.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including: restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations at high customer touch points.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel associates will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings at all times everywhere throughout the hotel, except for when they are in the privacy of their own guest room.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Consistently and frequently disinfecting all high-touch items like elevator buttons and escalator handrails.
  • Housekeeping: At this time and as a part of Marriott's commitment to clean for your safety and the safety of our associates we are modifying our in-stay housekeeping frequency and will not be servicing rooms during your stay. For guests staying longer than 3 nights, we will be happy to offer a refreshening service after your third night upon request. Please call Service Express from your guest room to request any towels, fresh linen, or extra amenities.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Swimming Pool: Open, social distancing and face coverings required while walking around.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face coverings required at all times, advance reservations required at the Concierge Desk.
  • Restaurant & Bar: Open for indoor/outdoor seating with social distancing and takeout, plexi-glass shield where applicable.
  • Lounges: Open, face coverings required for entry, plexi-glass shield where applicable.
  • All meals will be served as normal, under strict sanitation guidelines for all dining utensils, and plates will be covered for service to all guests. All guests will have the option to have their meal served in boxes, to-go containers or bento boxes.
  • All menus will be available electronically via phone technology (QR Code). When a paper menu is requested, this will be discarded after use.
  • Occupancy will be reduced to ensure all tables/seating will maintain at least 6 feet of separation from diners at all times.
  • All dining areas will be fully sanitized every 2 hours or after each full occupancy, whichever comes first.
  • All checks will be presented with check tray and hand sanitizing wipes.
