The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Pre-arrival communication will be sent to all Marriott Bonvoy guests offering contactless check in. This option will also be made readily available for all other non-Bonvoy members.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including: restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations at high customer touch points.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel associates will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by local authorities. 
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Consistently and frequently disinfecting all high-touch items like elevator buttons and escalator handrails.
  • Housekeeping: Housekeeping service will be scheduled with you during your stay to ensure no contact at time of cleaning. Additional linens or toiletries can be requested through the Marriott Bonvoy app for contactless delivery.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Per State of California COVID-19 website, face coverings are no longer required indoors, but they are still strongly recommended. The modifications we have made include:

  • Swimming Pool: Open, social distancing.  Face coverings are no longer required indoors in California, with a few exceptions. But they are still strongly recommended.
  • Restaurant & Bar: Open for inside/outside seating and take out, social distancing and face coverings are no longer required
  • Fitness Center:  Open. 
  • All meals will be served as normal, under strict sanitation guidelines for all dining utensils, and plates will be covered for service to all guests. All guests will have the option to have their meal served in boxes, to-go containers or bento boxes.
  • All dining areas will be fully sanitized every 2 hours or after each full occupancy, whichever comes first.
  • All checks will be presented with check tray.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
