Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and individually served food and beverage options. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as, provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings per Sarasota City ordinance.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • In Room Dining: We are delivering the highest standard of service and safety through contactless In Room Dining.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our Resort available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, reinforcing social distancing and wearing face masks per Sarasota City ordinance. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks and social distancing required.
  • Spa: Open, face masks required, reservation required.
  • Beach: Open, face masks or social distancing required.
  • Golf: Open, face mask or social distancing required.
  • Ritz Kids: Closed until further notice.
  • Shuttle: Operating, face mask and social distancing required.
  • Restaurants: Open, face masks required for entry and social distancing required.
  • Jack Dusty: Open daily for all day dining
  • Jack Dusty Coffee Corner: Open mornings daily
  • Ridley's Porch: Open Thursday - Sunday for Lunch and Friday and Saturday for Dinner
  • The Golf Club Grille: Open Tuesday - Sunday
  • In Room Dining: Open daily for all day dining
  • The Club Level: Open daily for Club guests
  • The Lido Key Tiki Bar: Open daily
