Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. In our public spaces, we have modified the placement of furniture to support our Social Distancing protocol and we ask all guests to leave a minimum of 6 feet of distance between one another for their protection and the protection of others. Hand Sanitizer stations are available throughout the property.

Front desk has temporary physical barriers installed for added protection. And for those looking for a contactless experience our Mobile App can be utilized to check in and out

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and door handles as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces under the local and state government ordinances.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms. In-room housekeeping service will not be provided during your stay for the safety of our employees as well as our guests.
  • Decluttering of guestroom and removal of reusable items from guest rooms including, but not limited to coffee service, minibar offerings, iron, ironing board, collateral, pen, paper, and directories.
  • Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, 24 hours, reservation required.
  • Pools: Open Daily, 7am-9pm, social distancing required.
  • Pool Bar: Open, Wednesday - Sunday, social distancing required.
  • Rudolph's: Operations Paused Temporarily
  • Shuttle: Operations Paused Temporarily

Our on-site restaurant, Rudolph's, has temporarily paused operations until further notice, but our guests can enjoy special event dining as well as a limited menu from our pool bar, our dining services include:

 

  • *Join Us Weekly for Food Truck Events*
  • The Pool Bar is open Wednesday to Sunday with limited hours and weather contingent and is serving pre-packaged foods and assorted snacks.
    • Our pool bar seating has been redesigned to incorporate plenty of space for social distancing protocols. We've increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, added the use of face coverings by our staff and new menu presentation protocols.
  • Grab ‘N Go items are available in the pool bar Wednesday- Sunday and at the Front Desk Mondays and Tuesdays.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.
