Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Our priority is the safety and well being of our guests and associates. To secure that, we have various routines and procedures at our hotel regarding enhanced cleaning, social distancing and our food/ beverage offerings, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces frequently throughout the day with special attention to high touch surface areas, set up stations in public spots with alcohol-based hand sanitizers for guests, and signs with the limitations number of each area, conference, and restaurant.


Moreover, signs and visual cues are installed to remind our guests to practice social distancing, Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and QR coding all our facilities, amenities, and menus across the property.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have increased daily cleaning and disinfection of all common areas and surfaces. We are working strictly on scheduled basis, paying particular attention to door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, surfaces in staff rooms, desktops, washrooms and other high touch surfaces. Additional disinfection is also being worked on in high touch surfaces in guest rooms based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. In-room dinning is currently not available.


We have taken the appropriate precautions when using chemicals for cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to consulting the products Safety Data Sheets and using PPE required. Staff were trained to remove PPE without contaminating hands.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Capacity limits have been cut to 50%, at public areas, restaurants/bars, hours of operation have been scheduled upon the new rules according to local authorities, and in some cases, people must sign up for a time slot, while reinforcing social distancing requirements. The following amenities and facilities at our hotel have been modified as follows:


  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice
  • Pool: Open with social distancing at 2M requirements chaise lounges
  • Beach: Open with social distancing at 2M requirements chaise lounges
  • Kids Club: Closed until further notice
  • Playground: Open, face masks required at all times with parent eye keeping of social distancing regulations
  • Meeting Rooms: Open, face masks required at all times, with social distancing at 2M requirements
  • Restaurants/Bars: Open, face masks required while entering, with social distancing at 2M requirements
  • Shuttle: For staff operating on normal schedule / For guests currently not available
  • Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry.
  • Diving Center: Open, face masks required and social distancing at 2M requirements while internal tests and paper work
Mobile Dining option is available at our hotel. QR code has been installed for all food & beverage menus. Room Service option is available 24 hours/ 7 days a week upon guest request. Face masks are required are a must while entering at all restaurants and bars. Social distancing measurements are available at 2M distance seating. Takeaway is available at all outlets. Delivery room service option is available at contact-less basis with single use material.

  • Shisha Terrace: Closed currently until further notice according to local authorities
