Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guest to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reduction in our restaurant and meeting space are compliant with local and state mandates, partition installed at all point of sale areas throughout hotel. Mobile check in and key, service requests delivery available. Currently self parking options available. Fitness center is available with social distancing along with face coverings.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests must wear personal face coverings due to city ordinance in all public space.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Rooms are serviced by guest request only.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times 6am - 1pm and 4pm - 9pm
8th Street Pantry: Open, market style breakfast and to go items, 6:30am - 9:30 am M-F, 6:30 am - Noon - Saturday and Sunday
Zenia Lounge: Open daily drinks and dinner, 4pm - 10pm M-F, 3pm - 11pm Saturday and Sunday

8th Street Pantry Marketplace: Open 6:30am - 9:30 am M-F, 6:30 am - Noon - Saturday and Sunday, grab n go breakfast items along with snacks and Starbucks coffee.


Zenia Lounge and Restaurant: Open 4pm - 10pm M-F, 3pm - 11pm Saturday and Sunday, limited single use menus. All items are available for to go as well. All food preparation areas are sanitized according to local guidelines. All staff has appropriate PPE fore their job duties

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

We follow all social distancing guidelines in our meeting space along with local and state requirements. There are only space requirements as we have no limit to how many can gather in our meeting space. All banquet servers have the appropriate PPE for their job description and high contact points have plastic between guest and associate.
