Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
  • Magnolia Hotels follows CDC's recommended social distancing guidelines and advises guests to stay 6' apart from people they are not travelling with.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking; convenient self-park option is available.
  • Partitions are installed at Front Desk.
  • The hotel clearly marks appropriate distancing. Public space furniture, restaurant seating and gym equipment is arranged to encourage social distancing and in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Sanitizing stations are available at entrances and meeting spaces.
  • Prior to check, all rooms are thoroughly cleaned with an approved disinfectant.
  • Our contactless, in-room experience includes: removed high-touch multi-guests items, no room service ( food and beverage options are available with limited ours and days ) and no housekeeping during stayover ( clean sheets and towels are available per requests).
  • Magnolia Hotels will defer to CDC recommendations along with federal/local government regulations to what appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is to be worn by employees. PPE equipment is provided to all employees. Employees follow CDC guidelines for hand-washing
  • Housekeeping & Guest room cleaning: Prior to check-in of a guest , all rooms will be thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant found on EPA's List N of approved disinfectants . Housekeeping will sanitize high-touch items such a remote controls, toilet seats , handles, phones, light switches, temperature control units, clocks, etc. Hotel employees will not enter an occupied guest rooms unless specifically requested or to comply with safety protocol.
  • We have removed many high touch multi-guest items such as coffee makers, compendiums, magazines, pens, pads of paper.
  • Upon guest request, clean towels and linen will be delivered outside the room door. There will be no daily housekeeping service in occupied rooms.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Masks are required at all times in all public areas of the hotel
  • Fitness Center: Open - masks are required
  • Robie's Restaurant and Bar: Open Wed- Sun for Happy Hour and Dinner only - masks are required when not seating
