Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • One time menus for room service, restaurant & bar.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking. No minibars, but on request to be delivered and vending machine near reception.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Disinfectant wipes are issued upon check-in.
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities. No minibar, but can be delivered on request, and vending machine near reception available.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open with limited equipment connected for social distancing
  • Sauna: closed
  • Kids Club/ Play room: open from 10:00 - 17:00
  • Brasserie: open for breakfast
  • Bar: open all day for drinks and dine in for lunch & dinner
  • Club Lounge: relocated to bar area
  • Minibar: can be filled upon request
  • Vending machine: near reception

All F&B outlets are open with limited operating hours and lesser seats.

We offer menus with QR codes or one-time menus.

 

  • Brasserie: open for breakfast
  • Bar: open all day for drinks and dine in for lunch & dinner
  • Club Lounge: relocated to bar area
  • Room Service: 24/7
  • Minibar: can be filled upon request

  • LED TVs are introduced to go touchless with your event's information
  • We enable live meetings at multiple venues of our hotel through streaming facilities
  • Our Personal Protecting Equipment includes single use gloves and portable plexi-glass walls where applicable
