Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Please be informed about the following guidelines according to the recent declaration by the Baden-Württemberg government:

As of April 3rd, access controls (2G, 3G etc.) previously applicable in the hotel industry will no longer apply. Therefore, the control of vaccination and recovery status, or negative test results is no longer required and every guest has access to accommodation services. Please also note:

  • We smile behind masks: all staff members are wearing masks in the front and back of house area.
  • The general requirement to wear masks does no longer apply. However, we recommend wearing a mask in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Maintaining a minimum distance of 1.5m to other persons is still recommended.
  • Keyless check-in: With the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App, you can inform us about your expected arrival time and your room key will be provided digitally so that you can go straight to your room. You can fill in the registration form, required by German law, at your preferred time during your stay. You can also inform us about your departure by App.
  • Reach out digitally: Connect with us via the Bonvoy ™ Mobile App with all your questions, or to request items you would like to have delivered to your room.
  • Disinfectant dispensers are located throughout the hotel's puclic area for your regular use.
  • Cash payments are not possible at the moment. Credit card terminals are being sanitized after every use.
  • We take the time: rooms are cleaned 24hrs after departure with an intensive disinfection of all surfaces including coffee machines + kettles.
  • Drinks are served: Minibars are sanitized and will be available only upon request. You may use our shop in the lobby area for drinks and snacks.
  • Less is more: Magazines and books are removed from all guest rooms. Newspapers and journals are digitally available free of charge.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services every day. If you'd like to receive less then daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are pleased to announce that the facilities at Le SPA are again available for use without restrictions. Please note that our steam bath technology is being renewed and is therefore out of operation until the end of June. Complying with local regulations, our F&B offer is available as follows:

Breakfast buffet is available under enhanced hygienic measures.
Our bar Lillet is open daily until from 12 PM to 11 PM.
Our restaurant Kleinschmeckerei is open Tue-Sat from 6 to 11 PM.
Room Service is available 24/7.
