Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The hotel features hand sanitizer stations in common areas, a range of clear social distancing and capacity signage in lobby, outlets and shared facilities as well as adjusted seating throughout the property to ensure distancing. Additionally, we offer a contact-lite or contact free experience across our key interaction points, including check-in, food and beverage, and room service.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made significant enhancements to our existing world-class cleaning protocols to maximize your safety at our hotel:
 
  • State of the art cleaners: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Guest rooms and interaction: Each guest room is deep cleaned per stay. All guest are provided disinfectant wipes in their rooms and all deliveries are carefully conducted in a contact-lite manner. All guest areas and touchpoints are regularly and thoroughly cleaned.
  • Enhanced public spaces cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE across the property including all guest-facing interaction and service roles. Guests are also welcome to wear personal face coverings.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
 
  • Gym: Open, social distancing and cleaning protocols in place.
  • Executive lounge: Temporarily closed.
  • Pool and terrace: Open with social distancing and cleaning protocols in place.
  • Dining: Select outlets are open for sit-down dining or takeout.
  • Customs House Bar: Open for sit-down dining and take away.
  • Three Bottle Man: Temporarily closed.
  • Silvester's: Temporarily closed.
