Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Staff members are wearing respective protective gear (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Minibars item are currently not available, but guests can request contactless beverage/snack delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the facilities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Based on the latest instructions received by the Malaysian authorities, guests and visitors are required to display a digital vaccination certificate prior to entering the hotel premises. Kindly note that guests will only be considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving their second dose of the Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Sinovac vaccine. Individuals who have received the Johnson & Johnson or CanSino vaccine will only be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving their jab. Children under age 17 (who are not vaccinated) may be permitted to dine-in with their parents, so long as the parents have completed their vaccinations, as required by the local authorities. Only guests with "Low Risk" and "Casual Contact Low Risk" status on the MySejahtera app are allowed to enter the Hotel.

As we take the health and safety of our guests and associates seriously, our restaurants have social distancing guidelines in place. They include a minimum of 1-metre distancing between the tables, a maximum of 50% capacity per table, and an excellent ventilation system at work.

  • Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00am to 7:00pm (advanced booking is required).
  • Sheraton Fitness: Open from 6:00am to 10:00pm (advanced booking is required).
  • Sheraton Club Lounge: Closed until further notice. 
  • Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice.
  • Surau: Open from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.                                                                                                            
  • Shuttle: Service unavailable until further notice. 

Under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase Three, the following changes have been made to our Food & Beverage opening hours.

  • Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am to 11:00am (breakfast will be served on a' la carte basis)                                                                         
  • Lunch and dinner will be served at Link @Sheraton Cafe on a' la carte basis.
