Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The well-being, health and safety of our guests along with that of our employees is our top priority. We want to inform you about comprehensive measures - in accordance with the legal specifications and adapted to the latest findings. To protect our guests and our employees we kindly ask you to follow our safety instructions at any time.


  • Please avoid close contact with people you do not live with. Keep at least 1 m distance between yourself and other people. Furthermore we ask you don‘t shake hands and hug.
  • In order to minimize direct contact to our staff, we kindly ask you to settle your bill by card.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not offer any magazines and daily newspapers.

We ask for understanding, that the room supplies are customized to the legal hygienic measures. If you are missing one of our basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.


  • We provide daily cleaning service. If you prefer our staff not to enter your room, please let us know.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
  • Between all loungers the required distance is already considered. Therefore we kindly ask you, don‘t rearrange them - except persons from the common household.
  • Please read our sauna instructions carefully and pay attention to the maximum number of people.
  • We already prepared a personal SPA bag for our guests stay - including bath towels. Please note, that bath towels are not available at the SPA area until further notice.

  • Fitness Center is open. We kindly ask you to sanitize all touch surfaces (incl. seating & back surface) of the fitness equipment.
  • We kindly ask you to help us arranging your meals. Please do make a reservation for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  • Additionally to social distancing regulations, please feel free to use the face mask provided when approaching the buffet.
