Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. We want to inform you about comprehensive measures - in accordance with the legal specifications and adapted to the latest findings. To protect our guests and our employees we kindly ask you to follow our safety instructions at any time.

Please avoid close contact with people you do not live with. Keep at least 1 m distance between yourself and other people. Furthermore we ask you don‘t shake hands and hug.

In order to minimize direct contact to our staff, we kindly ask you to settle your bill by card.

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer any magazines and daily newspapers.

We ask for understanding, that the room supplies are customized to the legal hygienic measures. If you are
missing one of our basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.

 

  • We provide daily cleaning service. If you prefer our staff not to enter your room, please let us know.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • We ask for understanding, that the room supplies are customized to the legal hygienic measures. If you are missing one of our basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

SPA

 

  • Between all loungers the required distance is already considered.
  • Please read our sauna instructions carefully and pay attention to the maximum number of people.
  • We already prepared your personal SPA bag for your stay - including bath towels. Please note, that bath towels are not available at the SPA area until further notice.



GYM

 

  • Fitness Center is open. We kindly ask you to sanitize all touch surfaces (incl. seating & back surface) of the fitness equipmnet
  • We kindly ask you, to help us arranging your meals. Please do make a reservation for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  • Additionally to social distancing regulations, please feel free use the mask provided when approaching the buffet.
  • We offer our guests digital menus.
