Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The Marriott Global Cleanliness Council focuses on further development of global cleanliness standards, policies and practicies in the hotels.


Guest rooms are occupied every second day, so they thoroughly cleaned and desinfected after every departure.


Tables at the restaurants are spaced at least 1 m apart.

  • In all public and guests areas of the hotel were implemented Ozonos air cleaners which kill viruses. 
  • No cushions and decorative elements in the rooms in order to prevent the virus transmission.
  • Our dry cleaning is hygiene certified and all the textiles undergo a chemo-thermal disinfection process as per ASHMPM (ÖGHMP) policies which kills the viruses.
  • All public areas are cleaned and desinfected every 2 hours.
  • Cleaning detergents we use have a cleaning as well as disinfecting impact.
  • Disinfection agent and tissues are at guests' disposal in the whole hotel.
  • Our staff is weekly tested for Sars-CoV-2 and the restaurant team wears masks for the safety of our guests.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
