Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • While social distancing is not mandated by regulations, we encourage guests and associates to be mindful and keep their distance when in line for food or beverage or in big gatherings
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. These are readily available in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you do not wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, our standard process is to change your bed linen every 3rd night. Should you wish us to do it more often, please connect with our Guest Service Center.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations.

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, please wipe the equipment before and after use.
  • Meeting Venues: We will be happy to control restrictions to capacity if required by organizers and provide facial masks and additional hand sanitizing stations
  • Spa: Open with increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection. Spa towels are available at the spa reception. Please dispose of the used towels in the towel bins provided.

In addition to social-distancing seating, all of our bars and restaurants are providing QR code-based digital menus to be seen on your own devices.
