Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant and bar in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.


Mobile check-in, key, and service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.


Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.


No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per government advice, all guests are required to wear face coverings whilst in all indoor public areas of the hotel, excluding in bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.


Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All in-room magazines and menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and replaced with QR codes.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

  • Fitness Centre: Now open - Pre-booking is required.

  • Pool: Now open - Pre-booking is required.

  • Spa: Now open - Pre-booking is required and can be made online at http://www.marriottspas.co.uk/
    • Opening times: 10am - 6pm
    • The Spa is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Steam Room and Sauna: Now open, but it is essential to book a time slot in advance. Please call the Leisure Club directly on 01622 632007

 

Cast Iron Grill:

  • Open for breakfast daily from 6:30am - 11:00am
  • Server assisted hot and cold buffet. (Please note, self-service buffet is currently prohibited due to government guidelines)
  • 'Grab and Go' breakfast on request
  • Open for dinner daily from 6:00pm - 11:00pm (last orders at 10:00pm). Table service only.
  • It is recommended that you make a table reservation in advance for dinner. Click here to make your reservation.

Zest Bar:

  • Open from 7:00am - 11:00am for breakfast
  • Open daily for lunch, light snacks and beverages from 11:00am - 6:00pm
  • Table service only, due to government guidelines. Guests are not permitted to approach the bar.

Terrace:

  • Open daily from 11:00am (weather permitting)
  • Table service only, due to government guidelines. Guests are not permitted to approach the bar.

Mezz Bar:

  • Currently closed until further notice

Room Service:

  • Breakfast available from 6:30am - 11:00am
  • Snacks and Dinner available from 11:00am - 11:00pm (last orders at 10:00pm)

Grab and Go (lobby):

  • Available 24/7
