The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Increased protocols surrounding the removal and replacement of all linen and towels to ensure maximum cleanliness.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to not receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Café Waterside: Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Fresh Bites: Daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Garrison Tavern: Sat from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Sun from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Mon from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Tue-Wed- Closed and Thu from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Pool Bar: Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Starbucks: Mon-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sat-Sun from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

EVENT EXECUTION IN THE COVID-19 AGE - Our Meeting and Event spaces provide a comfortable and safe haven for meeting attendees. In following the guidance of our local authorities, along with recommendations from the CDC and WHO, we have adopted new meeting recommendations including: Revised meeting room sets adhering to social distancing guidelines, adoption of new food & beverage delivery methods to ensure safe meal service -without compromising quality, the option to add a HYBRID Meeting component to group events using the services of P.S.A.V. in our in-house AV company.
