Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage added throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Signage also added at pool deck and in all elevator landings as well. We have occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions (50%) in our restaurants and bars in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk, guest services, hostess stand and retail shops.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear face coverings and will wear other PPE (e.g., gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

Disinfectants: We're utilizing enhanced, hospital-grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Rooms: Rooms will be cleaned every third day of guest stay. In-room coffee makers, coffee, irons and ironing boards, luggage racks as well as paper items are not currently available in the guest room, however all can be requested and contactless delivery arranged. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, social distancing and disinfecting of equipment required
Massage/Facial Service: Not available
Beach: Open
Pool: Open, social distancing required
Restaurants and Bars: Open, masks required for entry. Limited seating.

Rusty's Bistro: Breakfast daily, a la carte only, dinner Friday and Saturday evenings only, a la carte

Mainstay Tavern: Lunch and dinner daily

Poolside Café: Lunch daily

Turtle Bar: Open daily

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
