Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes and personal hygiene kits are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. 


Fitness Center: Open 24 hours a day for in-house guests, to ensure social distancing by switching off certain equipment and sanitizing exercise equipment after use.


Spa: Open from 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM, reservation required.


Club Lounge open from 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM from Monday till Sunday


  • Breakfast Pastries 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon Appetizers 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
  • Hors d'oeuvres and desserts 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM


Club Lounge experience includes: 


  • Culinary presentations, including breakfast at Mökki restaurant, breakfast pastries, snacks and canapés for lunch and dinner
  • Fine selections of wines, liqueurs, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages served from 5:00 PM till 10:00 PM
  • Two garments pressed daily (maximum 5 per stay) 
  • Dedicated Concierge and business centre services, along with 2 hours complimentary meeting room facilities (upon availability)
  • Tea or Coffee presentation alongside with Wake-up call (upon request)
  • Enhanced Check-in and Check-out services in the Club Lounge

  • For person who has Club Lounge access - 2 hours complimentary per day (outside guests acceptable)
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks are included for accompanies
  • Using 3rd hour of meeting room will be charged 20.000 KZT + VAT 12% per person per hour

In-room dining menu is available 24 hours a day to all hotel guests.
