Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel takes standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and is strictly following the guidelines on appropriate hygiene standards from Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization as well as local health departments.

Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
Public Areas
  • Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols.
  • As part of its preventative safety measures Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel is purchasing handheld infrared thermometers as well as installing thermal cameras at the hotel entrance.

Guest Rooms
  • In Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel's guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces.
  • This includes full room disinfection upon guest's departure.
  • Housekeeping staff has been equipped with PPE and hospital-grade disinfectants.We are also cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.

F&B
  • We have implemented new standards of service and serving, as well as paid special attention to the safety of service personnel and guests in restaurants.
  • All employees of the food and beverage department are also provided with personal protective equipment.
  • The dishes are removed after each guest; tables and chairs are disinfected with certified cleaning products.
  • Introduced menus with access through the code.

Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel is rolling out enhanced technologies including Purehold's Alternative Chemical Sprayer to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel. Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. The layouts in all Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel's outlets have been revised: a minimum separation of 2 m from one table to the next has been provided. Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at Sheraton Nur-Sultan Hotel entrances, at our front desks, elevator banks, restrooms, meeting spaces and back-of-house areas.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
