Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, wearing the masks, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants with social distance cards in the restaurant, partitions for the buffet stations, and floor markings at front desks, personal hygiene kit and hygiene card in the room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • The St. Regis Astana increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in public areas.
  • All hotel staff are wearing face masks and gloves and are aware of the regular hygiene protocol such as washing of hands, use of hand sanitizer among others.
  • At the entrance, the guest are checked for body temperature by security and offered to wear the face mask If they missing their personal face coverings.
  • Hygiene cards and Hygiene Kit are available in the room. Hygiene Kit includes a face mask, sanitizer, and bathroom amenities.
  • All towels & bathrobe and all remote controls have plastic covers.
  • The housekeeping department uses a UV lamp every time they clean the room.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Only the outdoor Summer Terrace is open with guests required to wear face masks upon entry and advance booking is required to manage seating arrangements.
  • Iridium Spa: Closed until further notice
  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice
  • All other restaurants: Closed until further notice

As per local regulations, all indoor restaurants and bar are closed at The St. Regis Astana.


Summer Terrace is open with time limitations. The guests require to wear face masks at the entry. Advance reservation is required and social distancing is following.
