Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Sneeze guards are installed at Front Desks and Food and Beverage outlet service lines.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in public spaces.
  • Face covering for all guests and employees are required to be worn in the hotel public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Furthermore, we are proceeding UV light sanitizer to furniture and other area/tools which cannot be cleaned with sanitizing sprays.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel Talent members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • For guests convenience, we are providing sanitizing spray in all guestrooms to enhance guests disinfect according to their needs.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing physical distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness: Closed
  • club mesm (club lounge): Breakfast is provided at Restaurant with set menu.
  • Restaurant Chef's Theatre: Closes at 22:00 (Originally closes at 23:00)
  • Bar and lounge Whisk: Closes at 22:00 (originally closes at 3:00)
  • In-room dining: offered from 6:30 to 22:00 with limited menu
  • Laundry service: Regular service only

We may update the regulations without notice according to government directions.

The hotel outlets are currently following below-mentioned schedules which are in compliance with the local government directions.
