Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
• Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
• Partitions are installed at Front Desks and Spa reception.
• Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
• Face coverings for all guests and employees are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
• Frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with a special focus on high touch areas like elevator buttons and escalator handrails.
• Frequent hand washing and disinfecting of work areas.
• Mobile technology such as check in, check out, mobile requests for additional services for less contact.
• Temperature screening is practiced upon check in at Front Desk.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Area Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation, in high touch areas including restrooms, elevators, door handles, tabletops and hand sanitisation stations are provided throughout the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing face masks and other protective coverings based on the activities they are performing and advise from local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings and these are available at the hotel reception on request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with industry approved cleaning products, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant gel/spray and facial masks are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services every day while you are away from the room. Turn down services upon your request. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

 

Spa: Open, advance booking required. The hours have changed to 12:00-20:00 (Weekdays) / 10:00-20:00 (Sat, Sun, Public Holiday). Face masks required.

 

Pool: Open, reduced capacity. The hours have changed to 7:00-22:00 (21:00 Last Entry). Maximum of 1 hour usage per guest. Face masks required.  Reservations can be made after check-in, please call Spa for reservations.

 

Gym: Open, reduced capacity. Open 24 hours. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks required.
