Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Throughout our hotel we aim to make your experience as contactless as possible and encourage payment by credit card at all of our food and beverage venues.

To maintain physical distancing, signage directs guests where to stand when queuing and advises new capacity limits for hotel elevators and our fitness room.

When it comes to dining, our venues are sanitized thoroughly each time before a customer is seated. We also provide 1 person seating which follows physical distancing requirements.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Area Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation in high touch areas including restrooms, elevators, door handles, and hand sanitisation stations are provided throughout the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear face masks and other protective equipment based on their work and they follow advise from local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face covers. PPE is available at the hotel reception on request.
  • Electrostatic Spray: We are utilizing enhanced technology, including electrostatic sprays with industry approved cleaning products, to support our cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room.

We are committed to making amenities and services at our property available for you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The changes that we have made include:
