Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Disinfectant is provided in lobbies, restaurants and restrooms on each floor of the hotel for sanitization purposes.

 

Disinfection is conducted every 30 minutes in common areas and surfaces frequently touched by the public, such as door knobs, escalator handrails, elevator buttons, etc.

 

Installation of transparent acrylic plates at locations such as the Front Desk and restaurant cashiers where face-to-face interaction is conducted with guests.

 

Maintaining social distance:

Reducing the number of seats at restaurants.

 

Regular ventilation of the building using air conditioners and opening windows.

Requests to Guests

Wearing face masks as a precautionary measure against virus contraction.

Practicing proper hand sanitization at all times.

Requirement of body temperature check each time guests enter the hotel.

  • Guests registering a fever above 37.5℃ (99.5F) or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be requested to refrain from entering the hotel.
  • Body temperature will be measured with a non-contact thermometer.

Practicing social distancing by maintaining 6 feet of space between yourself and other guests.

  • We may ask you to maintain this distance with employees.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
