Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our bar & lounge, library and gym in accordance with the Japanese government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available at the entrance, the front desk, elevator hall, gym and restrooms in the public areas.
  • Partitions have been installed at front desks and bar.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival at the front desk by the Japanese government act. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Moxy Crew throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be delivered via email on request.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
In line with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have enhanced our cleaning practices throughout our property including guest rooms, gym, F&B outlet and meeting rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, bar & lounge and library as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Housekeeping services: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Gym : Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit is in place to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks and social distancing encouraged. Frequent deep cleaning of all gym equipment between guest usage.
We have reduced our bar & lounge capacity with seatings allocated in accordance to the local government regulation with at least one meter spacing between tables and seats.

Moxy Bar & Lounge:
Breakfast: 7am - 10am *Only set menu will be served.
Lunch: 11am - 2pm
Snack/Drinks: 11am - 9pm (LO 8pm)
*In response to coronavirus prevention measures in Tokyo, alcohol beverages are currently available between 11am - 8pm. Also the number of people per group is limited to up to four people per group.

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
