Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk and concierge service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice of local authorities.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice of local authorities.
  • Pool: Closed until further notice of local authorities.
  • Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice.
  • Beauty Salon: Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., prior appointment.
  • Gift Shop: Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, and all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices. Self audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines done monthly.


The operating hours in our restaurant comply with regulations of local authorities as well as space capacity. The hours of operations are the following:

 

  • Savor by JW: In-Room Dining - Available every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • Our Restaurant Bistro Latino is providing a full menu on site from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Contactless Delivery an take out options with a wide range menu with bakery, breakfast, lunch, dinner and sushi options every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In Ecuador, face coverings are required by law. The fine for non-compliance is $100. The health and safety of our associates and guest has always been a top priority at Marriott International. As part of our Commitment to Clean, effective July 27th, 2020, all guests, visitors, vendors and associates must wear face coverings or face masks within indoor public spaces and select outdoor gathering spaces. This includes but is not limited to the lobby, guest room corridors, elevators, meeting spaces, public restrooms, food and beverage venue, business center, beauty salon and gift shop. It's a simple step everyone can take to protect themselves, each other and our associates when in our public space.
