Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, fitness, and banquets in compliance with local mandates.
  • Partitions are installed at Front Desk, Fitness Center reception, and restaurant cashier.
  • Upon request, contactless delivery to guestrooms is available. Items and in-room dining orders can be delivered and placed in front of the guest room door.
  • High-touch areas in our hotel are disinfected regularly, and electrostatic sprayers are used to sanitize surfaces of designated areas.
  • Adequate ventilation is performed with HVAC system.
  • Our associates are required to wear face mask during working hours and while commuting.
  • Associates are reporting their body temperature and conditions upon arriving at their workplace.
  • Regularly hand washing and hand sanitizing is practiced.
  • Focus on disinfecting high-touch areas in the guestrooms.
  • Room Attendants are wearing gloves and changing them after cleaning each room.
  • Used linens are packed and removed and transported to designated locations.
  • Sanitation kits are placed in the guestroom.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness studio:

         1PM~9PM  (Last entry at 8PM)
       Pool    9AM~12AM(Weekends and Holidays/ 8AM~12AM)・1PM~9PM 

         Sauna is not available.
         To keep social distance, we are currently limiting the number of guests at Westin WORKOUT.
         Depending on the situation, we might ask you to wait for using the facility.

  • SPA "KACHO"

              6:30AM~11PM  (Last entry at 10PM)

      *Notice of temporary closure/8AM 26 July - 6PM 27 July  

 

  • Club lounge: Closed until further notice. 

        *open only for some hours from 22 July to 25 July.

  

  Hand sanitizing stations are placed in each entrance and elevator hall.

  *Due to the announcement by the Kyoto prefecture government, alcoholic beverages will be provided only 
  for a maximum of 4 people in the same group from the hours of 11AM to 8:30PM at all restaurants.
