Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels will remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities changes in our restaurants in compliance government Covid-19 prevention protocols.
  • Social Distancing functions such as mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders are provided via Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Self-Parking is recommended, valet service available on request. Limited on-site parking, contact Resort in advance.
  • Face masks or face shields are required to be worn in hotel public areas.

In compliance with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Guests will also be provided with their personal prevention kit (e.g. hand sanitizer, masks, etc). Every guest room will be thoroughly cleaned with Ecolab products, and housekeeping will provide cleaning service while the room is vacant.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Sheraton Fitness: Opens 24/7 with masks required at all times
  • Glow Spa: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM ; reservations required
  • Kids Club: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ; with masks required at all times
  • Beachfront Pool: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Lobby Lounge: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM; with masks required at all times
