Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing and there will be adapted capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in accordance with Marriott International and local government guidelines.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request. Limited on-site parking, contact Resort in advance.
  • Mobile check-in together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.(You will still be required to present an ID/Passport upon arrival in accordance with local law).
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.


All above stated precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In applying with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym, as well as hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Room Amenities: We have minimized physical collateral in the rooms, Hotel information, In Room Dining and Spa menus is available via QR code in order to minimize risks. In-room coffee makers are not currently available. However, guests able to request contactless coffee delivery. Set of hand sanitizer and facial mask available free of charge per in-room occupant, additional set is available for purchase.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned with industry leading Ecolab products and decorative pillows have been removed to ensure rooms are fully disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning service while you are away from the room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7, reservation required to comply with adapted capacity as per local government guidelines.
  • Business Center: Available 24/7.
  • Swimming Pool: 09:00 AM until 7:00 PM adapted capacity as per local government guidelines.
  • Spa: Reservation required and treatments have been adapted to local government regulation.
  • Activities: Available, advance reservation required, capacity is adapted to social distancing.

Exceptional food and wine is an essential part of the experience at Vana Belle, A Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui, where our authentic offerings are specifically designed into epicurean experiences whilst complying with latest hygiene and safety measures as well as all social distancing and local government regulations as well as in accordance with Marriott Internationals Commitment to Clean protocol. This means that you will see our venues adapted to meet the new normal, including adjusted capacity, and seatings. To meet these new industry leading standards you see our operations adapted to below:


  • KIREE THE BISTRO - BREAKFAST: BUFFET & À LA CARTE / DAILY 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM (2 Seatings, first comes first serve basis in 90 minute/seating)
  • DINNER: A LA CARTE / DAILY 6:00 PM - 22:00 PM (Advance reservation required)
  • KHONG KWAN SPACE - (Closed)
