Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signages throughout the resort to reminding guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reduction in our dining venues in compliance with government mandates. QR code for contactless menu, mobile check-in via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the resort. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Starr members will wear mask/face coverings and gloves, based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our resort available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Spa: Open, reservation required
Shuttle: Operating on schedule
Lounges: Open, masks required for entry
NAMU: Open daily 6 PM - 10 PM
WOOBAR: Open daily 12 PM - 10 PM
SIP: Open daily 11 AM - 8 PM
